Hodgson - North East suppliers of the best fish and seafood around, from Michelin starred restaurant to little local restaurants; the consistent quality of their products and great customer services keeps us coming back. Getting those alerts from Keith letting us know what's available on a daily basis is a bonus and plays a major part in the putting together of our small and dynamic menu.
We like to pan cook Hodgson's seabass or roast it in the wood fired oven on a cedar plank!

Taylors of Pickering - local suppliers of the freshest fruit and vegetables in the area; the daily deliveries ensure that we get top quality products and great customer service especially picking up last minute orders mean we can make those last minute changes to our dynamic menu!
One of the things we like to do is roast Taylors midi tomatoes with feta and bell peppers for a nice little appetiser from our wood fired ovens!

Stonehouse Bakery- Founded in 1993, a beloved craft bakery dedicated to offering a diverse array of bakery products crafted with traditional techniques and timeless flavours. We have been sourcing our bread from this family run bakery for 5 years now from their farmhouse loaves, to their olive and herb, sundried tomato and date, apricot and prune bread. We like to use their farmhouse white to make our melba toasts which accompany chef's chicken liver and brandy pate pots!

Radford's of Sleights -a family-owned and operated business that has been providing the highest quality meats and exceptional customer service to our community for generations. Their passion for the craft of butchery and our commitment to sourcing the best for their customers is second to none and that's why we've been buying our meat from them since the restaurant started!
We like to use their top quality fillet for our classic beef wellingtons!

R&J Yorkshire’s Finest - a family founded butcher with deep roots to the land and an abundance of farming heritage. Waterford Farm in Nidderdale is where their prized livestock comes from and through their collaboration with local farmers they supply the best woodland pork, Yorkshire lamb and free range poultry.
We like to stuff their chicken supremes with an artisan Yorkshire cheese, pan cook and serve with a tasty sauce!
Johnson's Fresh Farm Eggs - a family run natural and environmental farm based in Terrington and proud to part of the RSPCA Freedom Foods Welfare Scheme in the production of their beautiful eggs!
Black Mountain Smokery - produce a fresh, delicious and sustainable range of traditional, naturally oak-smoked salmon, fish, meats, duck, poultry and cheese, containing no artificial anything! We love to use their award winning smoked duck in a tasty galette from our appetiser menu!
Ryeburn of Helmsley - a family business committed to offering customers a wide range of the highest quality, award-winning ice creams. We like to use their vanilla ice cream to top our sticky toffee pudding!
