We’re absolutely delighted to have been chosen to receive a 2024/2025 the prestigious Blue Ribbon Award for delicious food courtesy of the “Good Food Awards”
This is a fantastic endorsement for our small independent restaurant which strives to create delicious dishes that celebrates North Yorkshire fantastic array of produce. This is our first award and a fabulous accolade for the team reflecting everyone's hard work and dedication to put the Feather and Beak on the culinary map.
I appreciated how the author managed to organise the information logically. The concepts are explained gradually and are easy to follow. I saved this text so I can reread it in the future when I need it. It is content useful both for those approaching the topic for the first time.
